Hatching my film

I now store my film in the fridge. This morning my plan was to attempt a self portrait type for an assignment with my 4x5 camera. I got everything set up...and remembered that I had not loaded my film; it was still in its box. In the fridge. So, I loaded it and am now sitting on it to try and warm it up a bit. Excuse me...time to rotate!

LOL! My MIL puts her film in the fridge too. So, has it hatched yet?

can I ask "Why?" do you store film in the fridge -

well, I will find out whether it's hatched when I process it!! LOL!!

Kamryn...I keep it in there to keep it fresh!! haha! But that's not far from the truth...being sensitive to light and heat, leaving out in the open there is more chance of it getting fogged or something happening to it.

I think you were a chicken in a former life.

Not that I ever tried to change that...or wanted to...

What came first the chick or the film?

Thanks for the info - that is what I suspected, but maybe thought you just like the feel of cold film in your hand - HA!
