Museum back...

Six hours in the studio shooting one assignment has left my back in spasms. My neighbor H. stopped by to see if I wanted to go to the supermarket with her. I could use some groceries, but the thought of walking around the grocery store with my back convulsing led me to kindly decline. I explained to her...She nodded and said, "ah yes, museum back. That's what happens when you walk around a musuem for a while staring at all the items. You get museum back."
Yes...I have studio back.

I used to get the worst studio back. I would be hunched over for an entire day. I find that wine is an excellent muscle relaxer.

oh, Mist...that is a brilliant idea. My brain is obviously not functioning properly right now for me to not have thought of wine!!

Go on line to www.gaiamliving.com and order yourself some of those back massagers etc.

In the meantime s-t-r-e-t-c-h between sips.

This may sound a little weird to you, but take up tai chi. Straighten your back and use your legs more. Then go for the wine. Works wonders.

Claudia said...

Pamela, I will do that!!

karmyn, you did it!!! Aw, I am so proud of you!!! And yes...changed the colors...part of the fun of the beta (when it's actually working!)

Ceo..Hello! it doesnt' sound weird at all...I actually took a few classes before my acl operation but I had to quit because my knee kept nearly giving out on me (no stabilizing ligament will do that..)

God, I hate yoga. Get thee to a bar!

And what's with the picture? Bringing sexy back?

Your chin might also be sore from all of the thoughful stroking....

Claudia said...

Yoga and tai chi are different. both have their benefits Matt (despite your history with it...)
As for the pic...1. do you really think I would post a pic of myself? HA!! 2. see that red spot? that's where it hurt..waah!
I try not to stroke my chin too much...it promotes hair growth...:P

Wine is good for anything. Loud children, long day, studio back.

Tell me more about the photography work your doing... who what where when and why. I want girl details.

I want to get sex back - that was a double entendre.

Try this--a warm tub and a glass of booze. Then sleep on a firm surface.
